What Happens In This House (WHITH) is a relationship development process that invites participants to take a deeper look at the foundations, structures, and systems that shape the ways we build relationships. Our program is tailored to support young people and families, community members, and professional institutions to grow critical skills that help practice greater care and communication, develop community, and manage conflict and tensions by repairing harm and deepening relationships.

What Happens In This House is a program for anyone looking to build tools to help transform their relationships by strengthening connections and increasing equity and agency in their space. WHITH utilizes restorative and participatory arts-based practices that help promote healthy problem solving and social responsibility. Our ensemble building approach encourages bravery through critical thoughts and creative expressions; using dialogue, role play and creative writing to help navigate crucial conversations, disrupt and prevent harms and create environments where healthy, healing relationships can form and thrive.
